If you’re looking to return/exchange your products for whatever reason, I am here to help!

SHW Sustainable offers returns for store credit & exchanges for products with the same or lesser value within 30 days of purchase (unless stated otherwise). 

Please note: 

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

• Returned items must have the original tag with no signs of wear or use.

• Discounted and sale items are final sale: ineligible for returns/exchanges for these items at this time.
